Introduction

UE5 Quest System Version: 2.0
    UE5 Quest System

Hello, World! Welcome to the documentation for version 2 of my Quest System. This documentation was created to guide you through every aspect of the system, from installation to utilizing and tailoring this quest system to your own custom needs.

This latest iteration introduces a host of new features, including multiplayer support, dynamic unfolding objectives, a more streamlined integration to your external connected systems, and much more. See the changelog for an outline of the new features.

This version, and the documentation have been completely rebuilt to properly account for the needs of multiplayer. If you are making a single player game, don't worry, this system can still be easily used for single player games.

If you're curious about the purpose of a certain component or blueprint, the System Overview page will tell you all about it and how it fits with the other parts of the system.

If you're ready to jump right in, I suggest checking out the Installation & Setup, How to create a Quest and Working in Blueprint pages for a quick start!

If you want to learn everything there is to learn about this system, the "Next Page" buttons at the bottom of each page in the documentation will guide you through the entire system.

If you come across any problems or find any bugs, please contact me so I can fix it right away. Your help with reporting these issues improves the quality of the system for everyone using it.

This version of the quest system was recently released and parts of this documentation as well as the system may slightly altered in the near future. I will remove this notice once I am 100% satisfied with the docs for this version (most likely after a few weeks).

This documentation and asset version are new. If you encounter any bugs or if anything doesn't make sense, please let me know.
